There's a hill on the edge of the safe zone, northwest [x;y]. Little traffic, no surrounding buildings. The sun sets before ten o' clock.

[The angle of the video feed implies that the PCD has been tossed rather carelessly and forgotten on the floor, along with a small stack of manga with various Bleach cast members on the covers. [When the feed begins recording, the PCD is at an odd angle, making the floor look slanted. Hitsugaya is sitting in the right half of the screen, his knees in the air at odd angles as he struggles to manage something that his body blocks from view.
